Forgot password? Looking to reset your password?

In order to help customers securely access Omega Point when they have forgotten their password, please follow these steps to receive an email with a secure link to reset your password.

Note: This reset workflow is for customers who are not activated with SSO. For customers who login with SSO, please contact your SSO administrator.

Requesting a new password

  1. From the login page (pi.ompnt.com for customers who are logged out), provide the email used to access your account in Omega Point.


  2. In the next screen, click on the Forgot password? link beneath the password form.


  3. Insert the email associated with the account and click on the Reset Password button.

  4. If the supplied email has an account with Omega Point, we'll send an email with instructions to reset your password.

  5. Check your inbox* for an email from Omega Point that includes a link to Reset Your Password. *Please check your spam folder if you haven't received an email within a few minutes.


  6. Following the reset password link will bring you to this form where you can change your password

Note: A sufficiently strong Password or Passphrase is required
